Today's workout was my long run for the week. A nice, relaxed run around Glendoveer Golf Course:

I did three laps on the course which I'm estimating was a total run of 6 miles. Adding a lap each week feels about right, which is about 1.25 miles per week longer. Total workout of about 1 hour 30 minutes, including about a 15 minute cool down walk at the end.
13 weeks to go until Seattle.
