Next week was going to be my short week, but now it looks like I'm going to average it out to about 9 hours this week and 9 hours next week with the long workout tomorrow.
On the other hand, the knees are holding up well and I've got my workout week time to a pretty good duration. In the past, I missed many workouts because of knee pain.
Tomorrow will be my first long ride of the season. At this moment I plan on running eight miles on Monday, but we'll wait and see how I feel.
