Good Article on Volume

Along the same line, it's feeling very good to be on a slow week this week. I could barely get out of bed the last two mornings, but today I'm feeling much more re-charged and ready to finish out a lower volume week. Next week I'm going to be ready to go back hard, with a goal of at least 13 hours of training-maybe more-it won't kill me.

So true! In my case, I'm still trying to convince myself that more miles would not necessarily mean faster =).
