Yesterday's Workout

Delayed onset soreness is plaguing me today, but with a rest day, it's not too bad.

Yesterday, one mile run (8:30) and definitely felt like I could have gone faster. Also did weights and stretching and stepped up the weight a bit.

Go ahead and take the ibuprofen. The data about it being bad vs good for you is unclear. It can't really hurt unless you take too much! Just be careful during really long workouts (like a marathon) b/c it can tax out your liver. Ice baths also are a great way to prevent soreness!
